Their responsibilities include handling serious and catastrophic personal injury cases. Requirements

Five or more years personal injury experience.
JD from an ABA accredited law school.
Member of the NY Bar.
Strong verbal and written communication and people skills.
Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation.
Experience and knowledge on how to evaluate value of claims.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Handling serious and catastrophic personal injury cases.
Screening potential litigation clients.
Interviewing clients and witnesses.
Managing case files.
Negotiating with insurance companies.
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Preparing for and participating in mediations.
Interviewing and deposing witnesses.
Preparing clients for depositions.
Providing counsel to clients.
Assistance at trial.
Working closely with supervising attorneys to ensure the effective and comprehensive handling of litigation matters.
