About The Position
Block LLP is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with at least 2+ years of plaintiff-side experience to manage a caseload from pre-litigation through litigation as needed. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable handling cases independently, values efficiency, and is focused on achieving strong outcomes for clients. Requirements
- 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
- Experience handling cases in pre-litigation
- Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar
Nice To Haves
- Litigation experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Handle pre-litigation cases including demand packages, negotiations, and settlements
- Litigate cases as needed, including filing complaints, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
- Evaluate case value, liability, and damages
- Work closely with support staff and leadership to move cases efficiently
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
