About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, manage discovery and motion practice, handle depositions, mediations, and trial preparation, and advocate for clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of personal injury litigation experience
- Experience handling cases involving: Bicycle accidents, Bus accidents, Car accidents, Defective products, Electric scooter accidents, Motorcycle accidents, Pedestrian accidents, Premises liability, Rideshare accidents, Truck accidents, Workers' compensation
- Strong knowledge of personal injury laws and litigation processes
- Ability to manage cases independently
- Excellent negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills
- Proven track record of achieving successful case outcomes
