About The Position
A local Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm, described as a small and growing firm, is seeking to add an additional Litigation Attorney. The firm is looking for candidates with Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience in Nevada who meet the specified requirements.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada
- Must have Experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law
- A Minimum of 5 years of practicing law with Litigation Experience
- Courtroom experience
- Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedures and timelines
- Strong Discovery skills, propounding and responding
- Possess excellent Analytical and Negotiation Skills
- Strong Writing and Communication Skills
