Requirements

• minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to case management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Handling law and motion practice
• Managing written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Preparing cases for trial and trying cases when ready
