Requirements

• 4+ years' experience, preferably, with at least 3 years of personal injury related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.
• Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary.
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish speaking.
• Personal injury litigation experience.
• Easy going and passionate about helping people.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of many cases and firm employees.
• Work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
