About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is hiring compassionate Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions throughout Spokane County. If you are a dependable Caregiver looking for meaningful work in home care, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while making a real difference. We are actively seeking Caregivers, home care aides, and personal care assistants who are passionate about supporting seniors and adults in their homes.
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Honest, reliable, and compassionate Caregiver with a passion for helping others
Nice To Haves
- HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we provide paid Caregiver training
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support daily living activities including light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders and companionship
- Work directly in clients’ homes across Spokane County with flexible shift options
