About The Position

As an in-home caregiver, you will make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual who wishes to remain safe, comfortable, and respected in their own home. This role is about building trust, offering companionship, and treating each client with dignity and empathy.
Requirements
- A warm, dependable, and empathetic personality
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to communicate clearly and kindly
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and punctuality
- Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a caregiver preferred (but we value heart and willingness to learn)
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Assist with medication reminders (as permitted)
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Care with patience, respect, and a kind heart
