About The Position
At Right at Home SLC, we help seniors and adults with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As part of one of the fastest‑growing home care networks worldwide, we're proud to welcome caregivers in the Salt Lake area who are ready to make a difference. As a caregiver, you'll bring kindness, dignity, and support every day-offering companionship, emotional care, assistance with hygiene and mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, safe transportation, medication reminders, and most importantly, building meaningful connections that foster well‑being.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dementia or behavioral care
- Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts

Benefits
- Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
- Minimum shift pay: $27.50 per shift
- Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
- Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
- Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
- Mileage reimbursement between client visits
