Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • A caring, honest, and dependable attitude with a passion for helping others

Nice To Haves

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred, but not required — we pay for Caregiver training

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes, with consistent and flexible scheduling
