About The Position
HomeWell Care Services is a locally owned and operated agency serving Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Leland, and surrounding communities. We are hiring dependable caregivers, companions, and CNAs who want meaningful work and a team that truly values what they do. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home while building real relationships with the families they serve. We are building a team of caregivers who lead with kindness, patience, professionalism, and heart. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care for seniors and others needing individualized support and companionship at home.
Requirements
- Experience in caregiving, home care, senior care, or healthcare preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and professional
- Someone who treats clients the way they would want their own family treated
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification is a plus, but not required for all cases
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care and daily routines
- Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
- Support mobility and safety in the home
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Help families feel supported and at ease
