About The Position

CareOne Senior Care is expanding its team and is looking for caring, dependable individuals to provide in-home support for seniors and adults throughout the Westland area. This role offers flexible hours, meaningful work, and a supportive team environment. Caregivers provide non-medical assistance to help clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes while maintaining their independence and daily routines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to complete a background screening
• TB test needed prior to starting employment

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required for all cases

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Meal assistance and basic household support
• Companionship and safety supervision
• Mobility support and transfer assistance
• Medication reminders and daily routine support
• Transportation to errands or appointments when needed
