Personal Care Worker
About The Position
The Personal Care Worker provides one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available. Employees are required to work every other weekend and occasional holidays. Starting pay is $17.50–$22.00 per hour, with time-and-a-half pay for holiday shifts. The company offers opportunities for internal promotion and skill development. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
- Have a genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity.

- Previous caregiving experience in a home or facility is welcomed but not required.
