About The Position

ComForCare is hiring a Personal Care Worker to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The company emphasizes caregiver respect, ongoing training, access to support in the field, and thoughtful matching of caregivers with compatible clients. The position offers full-time and part-time schedules, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available. Employees must be available every other weekend and occasionally on holidays. Starting pay is $17.50–$22.00 per hour, with time-and-a-half pay for holiday shifts. Advancement and skill development opportunities are available. Benefits are offered to employees working 30 or more hours per week.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
• Have a genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience in a home or facility setting is welcomed but not required.
