About The Position

We are looking for compassionate, dependable Personal Care Workers who are passionate about supporting others and helping clients live with dignity, independence, and purpose. This role involves providing hands-on support while creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment for the people we serve. We offer paid training for those without prior caregiving experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable, caring, and a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming environment that supports clients’ individual needs, goals, and self-expression.
• Monitoring clients and providing support based on their individual needs.
• Assisting with or providing personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hair care, and oral hygiene.
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping.
• Providing transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Building positive relationships with clients and learning their individual routines, preferences, behaviors, and communication styles.
• Treating every client with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Working collaboratively with coworkers, managers, and other members of the care team.
