About The Position

Waypoint is seeking compassionate, dependable Personal Care Service Providers in the Greater Manchester, New Hampshire area. The role involves supporting individuals and families by providing comfort, dignity, connection, and help maintaining routines and independence. Prior caregiving experience is not required; Waypoint provides paid training.

Requirements

• Be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Be comfortable working independently and supporting others with dignity.
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Meet driver’s license, auto insurance, background check, and motor vehicle record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals maintain their routines, comfort, and independence.
• Provide dependable, kind support to individuals and families during vulnerable times.
