About The Position

Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide compassionate care in clients’ homes. The role supports individuals with daily activities and helps them maintain independence in a safe, nurturing environment. Compensation is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience. Various shifts are available, including full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options. The posting also advertises a $500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related role is preferred.
Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proof of up-to-date vaccinations and a negative TB test.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
