About The Position

Eminence Home Care is seeking Personal Care Assistants to provide compassionate care in clients’ homes and help improve their quality of life. The role supports clients with daily activities so they can maintain independence in a safe, nurturing environment. Compensation is $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience, and a $500 sign-on bonus is offered. Various shifts are available, including full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related role is preferred.
Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Proof of up-to-date vaccinations and a negative TB test.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily personal care routines, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
