About The Position
Waypoint is hiring compassionate, dependable Personal Care Service Providers to support individuals and families in the Greater Nashua area. The role provides comfort, dignity, connection, and support for individuals’ independence and routines. Prior caregiving experience is not required; Waypoint provides training. The position is based out of the Nashua, New Hampshire office and serves Amherst, Henniker, Hillsborough, Hudson, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua, Peterborough, and Wilton. Travel throughout Hillsborough County is required. The role offers flexible part-time schedules of 10–29 hours per week, with daytime hours Monday through Friday, typically 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Comfortable working independently and supporting others with dignity.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must meet driver’s license, auto insurance, background check, and motor vehicle record requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience is a plus, but is not required.
