About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create excellent client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals. The role contributes to branch success through client service and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the branch, create a welcoming environment, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
