About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients work toward their financial goals.

The role supports branch success through client service, account servicing and maintenance, new account opening, education about everyday banking and digital self-service options, and branch operations. You must comply with applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with branch colleagues to provide seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet; and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen to clients, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and share product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
