About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining attentive, welcoming service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals.

The role includes greeting and assisting clients in the branch, managing lobby traffic and appointments with a tablet, servicing accounts and opening new ones, and helping clients complete everyday banking transactions. You also educate clients about digital and self-service options, collaborate with branch colleagues, and perform branch operations that may involve cash-handling devices. All work must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide seamless service.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
