About The Position
The Personal Care Attendant provides compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through activities of daily living. The role involves connecting compassionately with residents and family members to create a positive experience, participating in educational and staff development opportunities, and protecting the confidentiality and privacy of resident information. The attendant also performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living.
- Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
- Attend and participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
- Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
