About The Position
The Personal Care Attendant provides compassionate and dignified care to residents while guiding them through activities of daily living. The role connects with residents and their family members in a compassionate and impactful manner to create a positive experience. The attendant participates in learning and development opportunities and complies with rules and regulations regarding resident confidentiality and privacy. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through activities of daily living.
- Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
- Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
- Comply with all rules and regulations regarding the confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
