About The Position
The Personal Care Attendant provides compassionate and dignified care to residents, guiding them through activities of daily living. The role also involves engaging with residents and family members to create a positive experience, participating in learning and development activities, and protecting the confidentiality and privacy of resident information. The position is full-time on the third shift at White Oaks at McHenry in McHenry, Illinois, with an hourly pay range of $18.00–$18.00.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through activities of daily living.
- Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
- Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
- Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
