About The Position
The Personal Care Attendant provides compassionate and dignified care to residents while guiding them through activities of daily living. The role involves building positive connections with residents and family members and participating in ongoing learning and development. The attendant must comply with rules and regulations concerning resident confidentiality and privacy and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through activities of daily living.
- Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner to create a positive experience.
- Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
- Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
