About The Position

The Personal Care Attendant provides compassionate, dignified care to residents and guides them through activities of daily living. The role involves building positive connections with residents and their family members, protecting the confidentiality and privacy of resident information, and participating in ongoing learning and development. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through activities of daily living.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner to create a positive experience.
• Attend and participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
