Personal Care Attendant (PCA) - Part-time- 2nd shift
About The Position
The Personal Care Attendant provides compassionate and dignified care, guiding residents through activities of daily living. The attendant connects with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner to create a lasting, positive experience. The role includes ongoing learning and development through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences. The attendant complies with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information and performs other duties as assigned. This is a part-time, second-shift position in McHenry, Illinois. The listed pay is $18.00 per hour. Benefits and eligibility may vary based on employment status.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
