Personal Care Assistant
About The Position
Etipser, LLC is hiring a full-time Personal Care Assistant in the Home Health Care industry. The role provides hands-on care to clients in their homes while maintaining their comfort, dignity, and well-being. The position is described as onsite and suitable for people seeking flexible work. The pay rate is $17–$18 per hour. The Personal Care Assistant supports clients with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and daily activities. The role also includes monitoring clients’ health and well-being, documenting observations, and communicating changes to the healthcare team. The assistant collaborates with family members and other caregivers to provide personalized, respectful care and improve clients’ quality of life.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency in CPR and First Aid.
- Obtain Fingerprint Clearance.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
Responsibilities
