About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants to provide care for clients in their homes. Openings are available in Asheboro, Randleman, and Troy, North Carolina, with weekend schedules that vary by location. The pay rate is $16.50 per hour, and PRN work is available. The role includes personal care, assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, and home management tasks. Requirements
- At least one year of paid personal care experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with oral feeding and ambulation.
- Provide medication assistance.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Complete home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
