About The Position

Critical Nurse Staffing, LLC. (CNS) is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Private Duty Caregiver to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to a patient in the privacy of their home. The role supports the patient in remaining as independent and comfortable as possible at home. CNS serves veterans, workers’ compensation claimants, and former energy workers who want to live independently in their own homes.

This is a full-time overnight position scheduled Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The pay rate is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• TB test; the company will cover the charges if the test is not up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to a patient in the patient’s home.
• Promote personal safety and maintain a safe environment for clients.
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and job requirements.
