About The Position
Miller's Health Systems is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to assist residents with daily activities. Duties may include helping with personal hygiene, providing medication reminders, and assisting with housekeeping tasks in residents' apartments or rooms. The position may also be a first step toward a career in nursing.
Requirements
- Successfully complete the pre-employment process and screening.
- Pass a physical examination required for employment at the facility.
- Satisfactorily complete required orientation and training.
- Be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
- Be passionate about serving others.
- Be able to work with a dedicated team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
