About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to help clients or family members live independently and comfortably. The role provides personal care, household support, and companionship. Employees caring for a loved one may receive guidance in providing care with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing, as well as companionship and support, while being paid for that care. No experience is required; BAYADA provides training, support, and resources. Openings are listed in Elkin and Millers Creek, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to clients.
- Provide household support to clients.
- Offer companionship to clients.
- For employees caring for a family member, assist with daily tasks such as bathing and dressing and provide companionship and support.
