About The Position
Interim HealthCare is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. PCAs support clients with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and maintaining a clean, safe, healthy, and therapeutic environment. The role is scheduled for weekends, with first, second, and third shifts available. Employees can pick cases and create a schedule that fits their needs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Six months of accumulated experience in a similar job classification or similar life experience.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, eating, and adequate nutritional intake.
- Perform and train clients and families in activities of daily living.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, healthy, and therapeutic client environment.
