About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, and homemaker caregivers to help seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The role provides support with everyday activities, personal care, household tasks, errands, and companionship. Training is available for candidates with a caring attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Flexible scheduling is based on caregiver availability and client needs, with full-time and part-time opportunities and shifts based on available client assignments. The position serves Salem, Danvers, Peabody, Middleton, Saugus, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help with meal planning and preparation.
• Assist clients with eating when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Assist with grocery shopping and everyday errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Report unusual incidents or changes in a client's condition.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow agency procedures.
