About The Position
Optima Dermatology is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Dermatologist to join its new practice in Salem, Massachusetts, opening in 2027. The physician will practice in a patient-first, physician-led environment alongside regional dermatology specialists. Optima provides practice support and centralized functions so physicians can focus on delivering care, with tools, support, and autonomy to develop clinically and professionally. The role offers a competitive salary and collections structure, a sign-on bonus, and fully covered health insurance. The physician will collaborate with dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, dermatopathologists, and Optima’s leadership team to help grow the regional practice. Resources include monthly dashboards, advanced analytics, an efficient EMR, robust medical assistant staffing, biologics coordination, on-site practice management, and back-office support.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dermatology.
