About The Position
Optima Dermatology is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Dermatologist to join its new practice in Salem, Massachusetts, opening in 2027. The role offers the opportunity to practice in a patient-first, physician-led environment alongside dermatologists and other specialists. Physicians focus on delivering care with support from centralized functions, practice support, and comprehensive back-office resources. The position includes clinical autonomy and access to tools and resources intended to support professional growth and efficient patient care.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Dermatology.
Responsibilities
- Provide general dermatology care.
- Work collaboratively with dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, dermatopathologists, and the Optima leadership team to help grow the regional dermatology group.
