About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers, including Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and homemakers, to support senior citizens and individuals with disabilities in their homes. The role helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent by assisting with everyday activities and providing companionship. Training is available for candidates without experience who have a caring attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Scheduling is flexible and based on the caregiver's availability and client assignments. Full-time and part-time opportunities are offered, with flexible shifts and training and support. The service area includes Danvers, Peabody, Middleton, Salem, Saugus, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
Provide medication reminders.
Help with meal planning and preparation.
Assist clients with eating when needed.
Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
Assist with grocery shopping and everyday errands.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Report unusual incidents or changes in a client's condition.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow agency procedures.
