About The Position

Maria Joseph Manor at Maria Joseph Continuing Care Community is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide compassionate care and companionship to residents in a warm, supportive environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• No experience or certification is required; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Help residents with mobility and meals.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents.
• Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, and independence.
