Personal Care Assistant / PCA
About The Position
Critical Nurse Staffing is seeking a part-time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide private, in-home care. The role provides one-on-one support to patients in the privacy of their homes, helping them receive quality care while remaining as independent and comfortable as possible. CNS serves veterans, workers’ compensation claimants, and eligible former energy workers who want to remain independent at home. The listed shift is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Candidates must be willing to work 30 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Benefits are available at 30 or more hours per week.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work 30 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one private in-home care to patients.
- Promote personal safety and maintain a safe environment for clients.
- Comply with agency policies, procedures, and job requirements.
