About The Position

Axcess is hiring a Personal Care Aide to provide in-home support to an adult client with special needs or disabilities in Spartanburg. The role focuses on supervision, personal care, and daily assistance to promote the client’s safety, independence, and overall well-being while giving families peace of mind. The scheduled shift is Saturdays from 4:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Axcess is a home care provider serving individuals with special needs and disabilities across South Carolina. The company partners with Community Long Term Care and the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs (DDSN) to provide aide services to eligible clients and is hiring for multiple clients throughout the state.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be physically able to assist an adult with special needs.
• Have a valid driver’s license and insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and safety monitoring.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with activities and routines of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care.
