About The Position

A hospital outside Butte, Montana is seeking a Peri Operative Services Manager to lead its surgical services department. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire leadership position overseeing all peri-operative and surgical services operations. The manager will collaborate closely with surgeons, providers, and hospital leadership at a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital recognized for clinical excellence. Requirements

• Previous surgical services management experience.
• At least five years of peri-operative, surgical services, or healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong background in peri-operative services management.
• BLS certification for non-clinical or licensed managers.
• ACLS certification for clinical or degreed managers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all peri-operative and surgical services operations.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Evaluate clinical practices and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Resolve operational challenges and maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence.
