About The Position
A hospital outside Butte, Montana is seeking a Peri Operative Services Manager to lead its surgical services department. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire leadership position at a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital recognized for clinical excellence. The manager oversees peri-operative and surgical services operations and collaborates closely with surgeons, providers, and hospital leadership. Pay is $45.89–$72.12 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous surgical services management experience.
- At least five years of peri-operative, surgical services, or healthcare leadership experience.
- Strong background in peri-operative services management.
- BLS certification for non-clinical or licensed managers.
- ACLS certification for clinical or degreed managers.
Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all peri-operative and surgical services operations.
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
- Evaluate clinical practices and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Resolve operational challenges and maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence.
