We are looking for a Media Performance Specialist to manage key performance levers in collaboration with our agency partners. At the heart of the action, you will play a key role in executing and orchestrating our acquisition initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment, and strong performance across externally managed channels.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in SEM or acquisition
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners
  • Strong understanding of performance levers (SEM, affiliate marketing, partnerships)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into concrete recommendations
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and rigor
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational relationship with the media agency responsible for SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
  • Monitor campaigns, performance, and optimizations in collaboration with the agency
  • Coordinate the affiliate program with a specialized agency: planning, activation, and partner follow-ups
  • Act as the internal point of contact for these areas of expertise with content, design, and marketing teams
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and agency-driven strategies
  • Contribute to identifying optimization and growth opportunities across channels
  • Produce and analyze performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations
