About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate & Performance Marketing Specialist to support the growth of performance-driven marketing across High Tide’s cannabis, accessory and CBD brands, such as Canna Cabana, Daily High Club, Smoke Cartel, NuLeaf Naturals, and more. This role focuses heavily on affiliate marketing partnerships, publisher relationships, display advertising platforms, and paid acquisition opportunities that drive measurable revenue growth and customer acquisition. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, we are looking for someone with strong strategic thinking who can identify opportunities, make recommendations, write high-converting copy, brief creative teams, and improve overall channel performance across multiple brands. The ideal candidate understands how to balance day-to-day optimization with long-term revenue growth and has strong experience across affiliate platforms, partner management, performance reporting, and conversion-focused campaign execution. Please note: This is a remote contractor position based in São Paulo, Brazil, supporting our North American business operations and working EST hours. High Tide does not operate a physical office in Brazil. English fluency is required. Resume must be submitted in English.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Affiliate marketing.
  • Strong experience managing affiliate programs and partner relationships.
  • Experience working with affiliate platforms and publisher networks.
  • Strong understanding of display advertising, paid partnerships, and performance marketing strategy.
  • Strong English copywriting experience for paid media, affiliate campaigns, display ads, and conversion-focused marketing.
  • Experience creating creative briefs and providing direction to copy and design teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Experience working with ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rate, and revenue reporting.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and fast-moving campaign calendars.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing strategically to team planning.
  • English fluency is required.

Nice To Haves

  • eCommerce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience across affiliate-heavy retail or eCommerce environments.
  • Experience working with US-based brands or the US market is a strong bonus.
  • Experience working in regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with international affiliate networks and global publisher relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day affiliate channel performance across multiple brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, publishers, and networks.
  • Identify new affiliate opportunities, recruitment strategies, and growth partnerships.
  • Monitor partner performance and optimize commission structures where needed.
  • Review partner quality, traffic sources, and overall ROI.
  • Support promotional calendars and campaign execution with affiliate partners.
  • Ensure strong alignment between affiliate strategy and brand campaign priorities.
  • Support display advertising, paid partnerships, and performance-driven acquisition channels.
  • Evaluate new paid media opportunities including display platforms, retargeting partners, and acquisition channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, and revenue contribution.
  • Review landing page performance and customer journey opportunities that impact paid conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve campaign efficiency across paid channels.
  • Write high-converting ad copy for display ads, affiliate campaigns, landing pages, paid media placements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop clear creative briefs for internal copywriters, designers, and external partners based on campaign goals and performance insights.
  • Provide messaging direction based on audience behavior, offer strategy, and channel performance.
  • Ensure creative assets align with brand positioning, promotional priorities, and conversion goals.
  • Review and optimize copy performance across campaigns and recommend adjustments based on results.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to improve testing strategy and creative output across performance channels.
  • Track and report on core channel KPIs including: Revenue contribution, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Affiliate channel revenue, Partner performance by publisher, Conversion rate, Average Order Value (AOV), New customer acquisition, Lifetime Value (LTV) opportunities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear recommendations.
  • Identify underperforming areas and propose solutions backed by data.
  • Help establish testing strategies to improve performance over time.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaign priorities and strategic direction.
  • Partner with Email Marketing, Creative, Social Media, and eCommerce teams to ensure campaigns launch effectively across channels.
  • Support campaign planning across major promotional periods and seasonal initiatives.
  • Ensure affiliate and performance channels are fully aligned with broader business goals.
