We're looking for a performance-driven creator affiliate manager to execute and grow our Creator Performance Partnerships (CPP) business. This role sits at the intersection of affiliate marketing, creator commerce, and paid media, with a clear mandate to drive measurable GMV and revenue through high-performing creator-led programs. You will own the execution of performance-based creator programs across key ecosystems including Amazon Associates, Walmart Creator, direct brand programs and other leading affiliate platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn creator content into scalable, trackable revenue. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will execute across programs while building the processes and playbooks required to scale a modern creator-driven affiliate engine.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or creator/influencer marketing
  • Direct experience with Amazon Associates and marketplace-driven affiliate programs
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, or similar
  • Understanding of retail ecosystems (Amazon, Walmart, Target) and how conversion works within each
  • Proven ability to drive GMV or revenue through affiliate or performance channels
  • Strong grasp of conversion funnels, affiliate link setup, attribution tracking, and optimization
  • Experience working directly with creators who drive measurable revenue
  • Experience managing or coordinating a remote or offshore team
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to build and follow process
  • Comfortable moving between execution and analysis in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Hit GMV and revenue targets across creator affiliate programs
  • Drive performance across Amazon Associates, Walmart, Target, and leading affiliate networks
  • Support conversion through a mix of organic creator content and paid amplification
  • Identify and activate high-performing creators and offers with a focus on repeatable revenue
  • Execute creator affiliate programs end-to-end: recruitment, activation, tracking, and optimization
  • Manage relationships across major affiliate platforms (Amazon, Impact, Rakuten, CJ, etc.)
  • Develop strategies across marketplaces, retail ecosystems, and DTC environments
  • Stay ahead of trends in creator commerce, affiliate marketing, and social shopping
  • Partner with internal and external paid media buyers to scale creator-led campaigns
  • Support paid media execution across Meta, TikTok, and other channels
  • Assist with budget pacing, testing, and performance reporting
  • Translate performance data into clear optimization recommendations for media buyers
  • Build and manage relationships with a core group of high-performing, revenue-driving creators
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier creators with proven conversion performance across key verticals
  • Develop strategies to engage, retain, and scale creators as long-term revenue partners
  • Establish frameworks for evaluating creator performance based on conversion, scalability, and content effectiveness
  • Create repeatable processes for sourcing, vetting, and activating high-potential creators at scale
  • Manage and develop a small team of campaign specialists
  • Set clear priorities, KPIs, and accountability across the team
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on outcomes, speed, and ownership
  • Ensure consistent execution across multiple concurrent programs
  • Build and maintain SOPs for creator recruitment, activation, tracking, and reporting
  • Execute and iterate on playbooks for launching and scaling affiliate-driven programs
  • Maintain strong operational rigor across workflows, timelines, and deliverables
  • Deliver clear, consistent reporting on performance, pacing, and risks
  • Ensure accurate tracking across affiliate links, pixels, APIs, and deep links
  • Analyze performance data to surface trends, opportunities, and optimization levers
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations
