We are growing our marketing team and are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to help increase CareerSwift's online reach, generate qualified traffic, and improve the performance of our digital marketing campaigns. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across relevant channels. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to test campaigns, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data and wants to work with a growing AI-powered technology product.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, paid media, or a related field.
- Understanding of paid advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with marketing metrics and performance data.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SaaS, technology, AI, or digital products.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization or A/B testing.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or marketing automation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, traffic, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve performance and ROI.
- Test different audiences, messages, creatives, and landing pages to improve results.
- Work with content and design teams to develop effective advertising materials.
- Prepare regular performance reports and communicate key findings to the marketing team.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform changes, and new acquisition opportunities.
