About The Position

Authority Brands Inc. is a leading provider of home services. The Performance Marketing Analyst is an analytical, results-driven member of the Performance Marketing team and reports directly to the Director of Performance Marketing. The role manages day-to-day execution, ongoing optimization, and performance tracking of paid marketing campaigns across the company’s brands, working with internal marketing colleagues, Franchise Development, agencies, and other vendor partners. The role turns marketing data into clear recommendations that help franchise owners understand and increase the value of digital marketing. Success is measured by brand-specific lead targets and acquisition efficiency, conversion improvements from creative and landing-page testing, reliable measurement and data integrity, useful stakeholder recommendations, and timely, accurate operational execution.
