Our growing company is seeking a Performance Marketing Project Coordinator to support clients, account managers, and specialists in organizing ongoing performance marketing campaigns. This role involves managing project plans, internal timelines, call schedules, and all client/internal communication, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met. The Performance Marketing Project Coordinator collaborates closely with team leads, managers, and other coordinators to enhance team efficiency, knowledge-sharing, and client impact. Given FareHarbor’s business model, where end-customers rely on our software to book services online, a strong presence across paid digital channels is essential for driving traffic and conversions. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients achieve that presence. To succeed in this position, you must be able to manage tight deadlines, be proficient in Google applications, and have experience with project management software. An understanding of major paid ad platforms, such as Google Ads and Meta, and familiarity with how advertising accounts and campaigns are structured and billed is essential. As this is a client-facing role, excellent verbal, written, organizational, and presentation skills are crucial. You will manage a portfolio of clients, so strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities are key. Additionally, you should be comfortable reading and explaining performance marketing reports to clients in a way that makes complex concepts accessible.
