The Marketing Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and campaigns from initiation through delivery. This role partners with marketing, creative, and external teams to ensure deliverables are produced, approved, and successfully delivered to internal teams and external vendors on schedule, meeting defined requirements and quality standards. This position manages projects within Wrike, including entering detailed project plans into Wrike, tracking tasks and timelines, and maintaining visibility across active work. The role supports process and workflow organization to drive consistency and efficiency and contributes to managing team capacity by monitoring workloads and helping balance assignments for on-time delivery. The role applies foundational project management practices with familiarity in Agile and SCRUM, supporting sprint-based workflows and team coordination.
